-
Divergent Works provides ADHD mentoring and coaching services. Services are educational and supportive in nature.
Divergent Works:
Is not a medical practice

Does not prescribe medication
Mentoring is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should contact a qualified health professional or emergency services.
-
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Mentoring provides guidance, structure, and support, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
-
Sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment terms:
Individual sessions – per session / Package pricing – per sessionAccepted payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cardsAll fees are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
-
Reschedules with 48 hours’ notice: no fee (subject to availability).
Changes within 48 hours: may incur a fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time: will incur a 50% of the session fee.
Missed sessions (no-show) without notice: will incur a 50% of the session fee.
How the notice period works: the notice window is counted from the session start time (e.g., a 3:00pm Tuesday session would need to be changed by 3:00pm Sunday to meet 48 hours).
Where late changes or missed sessions become frequent, I may not be able to continue holding a regular timeslot and may ask you to rebook session-by-session (and, if needed, help you find a better-fit provider). Appointment reminders (if used) are a courtesy—keeping track of your session time is ultimately your responsibility.
-
Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
